K-Beauty Navi is an independent information site about aesthetic dermatology in South Korea for international visitors. It is run by the same editorial team that publishes the Japanese edition, 韓国美容ナビ.
Primary sources only
Most English content about Korean clinics repeats other blogs or clinic marketing. We start from Korean primary sources instead:
- Statutes and enforcement rules from the Korea Ministry of Government Legislation (law.go.kr). We cite the exact version and effective date we read, and we check whether a newer version exists before publishing.
- The MFDS drug approval database (nedrug.mfds.go.kr) for injectables and other medicines.
- The Medical Korea registry of providers registered to attract foreign patients.
Where a screenshot appears, it was captured by us from the official page, and the caption says what the highlighted text means in English.
What we do not do
- We do not accept payment from clinics and do not rank or recommend clinics.
- We do not publish prices as fixed facts. Where we mention amounts, we say where the figure comes from.
- We do not give medical advice. Suitability, results and risks depend on the individual and must be assessed by a licensed physician.
Corrections
Korean law changes often. If you find something out of date, please tell us through the contact page and we will re-check the source.
